My name is C Goodman and I own a property in Oxenford, Qld. My partner & I have just had an insurance claim through AAMI for hail damage to our roof in the November 2012 storm, we have been very happy with the quality of service from AAMI and HATS FOR HOUSES who were appointed by AAMI to do the roof restoration. My first contact from HATS FOR HOUSES was from Hayley who was extremely happy & helpful in all phone contacts including setting the appointment for Geoff Finegan to inspect and appraise the the damage to the roof. When Geoff arrived, he was on time and very helpful in answering my questions in regards to the hail damage on the roof. When the roofing crew (Mick, Joel & Woolley) arrived at 6.30am to start renewing the roof they got straight into ripping the damaged roof off and 13 hours later after sunset and having only one 1/2 hour break, they had the new roof back on, at the end of the day these guys were still able to smile and be satisfied (not to mention me) with the work they had achieved and only required one more full day to finish the job which they broke into two half days as they had other roofing jobs under way at the same time. Our thanks go to these guys cause without their commitment we wouldn’t have a new roof on the house in one day. Our congratulations also go to Geoff Finegan for employing top quality staff in his company and I believe this is one company that will continue to grow in strength.
